Not perfect but neither was Wang. That's the level. Excellent FHs down the line from the Brit. Some clever approach play from Wang. The score seems fair to me.

The standard hasn't been great so far. Dan has the ability to win this match, whether he will or not is another question. His serve seems vulnerable, but at least he had a better %age: 66%.

Reading through the last couple of pages and I see several comments about double faults and then more about him serving into Wang's hitting zone. So would we prefer him to aim for the lines and risk missing or play it safe and offer an easier return.

Dan behaving a bit like a spoilt little boy atm, throwing his racquet after missing a very hard on the run forehand, feel a bit sorry for Wang in some ways
