The draw on both the LTA and ITF site has Askew up against top seed Inoue in round 2.
I see Steven also tweeted that Ana B-C was through so I guess it's been corrected some time this evening.
Yes, ITF livescores did it again ... the usual scenario, it shows the 2nd set over and a straight sets win then it turns out that it actually went to a 2nd set tiebreak and the other player ended up winning that and the deciding set.
I didn't find out until Amy Bowtell tweeted me ...
"@GBtennis Inoue won! Just msgd my dubs partner (belzunce) to say well done and got back "I actually lost" #awks"
Oops! Not my/our fault, but it has the potential to be very awkward and I wish they would sort this out!

Yes, as things stand, Pippa will enter the rankings with 6 points and GB =25th with Nicole Peterson (Sabrina Bamburac will drop to 5 points next Monday) ... and of course she beat her R2 opponent, Anna Smith, in straight sets in Wrexham qualifying last week!

10 GB players definitely through with Brigit the only GB v Non GB left to play. There should be a decent return of points for the GB girls. The top half of the draw looks particularly fruitful.
Fantastic win for Tiffany - second ranking point and a player that I rate very highly and will go a long way when she finishes uni.
I agree. Only seen small amounts here and there but she seems like a very good athlete, a powerful tennis player, very young, and the US obviously agreeing with her.
