Good win for Marcus but all-in-all a good week for Liam. Great to see him back and competing well.

Marcus' 10 points will put him very close to the top 500. Creeping ever closer to that 20 player mark.

Let's hope the "Chocolate Croissant" is melting in the heat of a British heatwave.

More technical issues with ITF live scores or a long argument over a line call perhaps. Into 2nd set tiebreak and score was stuck for a long time on 3-1 to Napolitano. Next time I look, it is back to 2-2

Come on Neil.

Well the break obviously broke Napolitano's concentration as he doesn't win another point.

Neil wins 6-3 7-6(2)

Another all Brit final to enjoy tomorrow.  smile

Wow excellent results - didn't see Neil's results coming given his appaling form on grass so far.

Good ATP points -

I keep saying this, but Marcus needs to string together a few good weeks in a row. However he hasn't done this as yet. He's very much one good result, two or three average results.

Marcus has the game to be much better than he is. On grass he should win has a big game but depends if Marcus wants this!

Mega congrats to Neil who single-handedly, and against all predictions, eliminated Indian-Ronak, funny-named American, KiwiMarcus and Stef-from-Naples.

That's quite a British onslaught against the invading hoards . . .

Good to see him having such a good run.

great play from Marcus too, a nice boost to his tally. He has a new(ish) private sponsor, doesn't he ?

And really pleased for Liam - he's had a couple of very close matches recently and got nothing - he must be very pleased with this week. Definitely something to build on.
