Thanks CD, I was only in New York for about 30 hours (managed to stop off on the way back from a family holiday in Florida) so didn't see much other than the tennis complex really!

Not that I'm complaining of course!

Fascinating stuff. Some bright spark should start an occasional blog or series of newspaper articles which chart the life of a lower-level touring pro, the side of sport the public never really gets to see.

You've got to give it to Fitzy.

There's a guy famous for stunts like getting into an official Manchester United team photo. But this is something else and Caroline still hasn't cottoned on. Who is that guy ?!

I saw some interaction with Wozzer and Fitzy at Eastbourne and of course Ula Radwanska is best pals with her. Caro had been using former player Marta Dom..... as a hitting partner. Hopefully this partnership is a long term agreement, good luck Fitzy.
