Horrendous how Josh doesn't have a thread in his honour after today's news (or apparent news).

Josh is often overly-derided, not least on here but I personally salute his career and his achievements. The questionable scheduling of the last few years aside he's been beyond criticism. The consumate pro.

All the best Josh - thanks for the memories.

I finally got around to preparing this list of career highlights - http://bit.ly/10pQdEH

For those not aware, he tweeted earlier:

"Considering my retirement its been an amazing career but I think its time 2 look at different avenues where I can excel! #any1looking4coach?"

He then clarified to a couple of people who asked that he will continue to play while he does his coaching qualifications and looks for a new challenge, but that basically this is it.

No great surprise given how this year has gone, but still sad that he didn't manage one more good year, and as you will see from the link above, he has made his mark, at least in GB terms, over the last 10 years.

My favourite point about Josh was his exemplary level of sportsmanship. These things don't go unnoticed Josh!

I can't help but feel that there is just a touch of sarcasm in Jeff's posts.

 Nul point. Incorrect.

Aren't you the chap who gets some perverse thrill out of criticising Evans?

Well that is either sarcastic or you have confused me with someone else.
