Stephens wins so top 8 favourites (on Betfair) now:
Williams 1/4 Kvitova 10/1 Stephens 20/1 Li 28/1 Radwanska 33/1 Bartoli 33/1 Lisicki 40/1 Robson 50/1 Stosure & Makarova 80/1 Kerber, Larcher de Brito & Bouchard 100/1
Vesnina & Puig 150/1
Pennetta, Barthel & Flipkens 200/1
Vinci, Zakopalova 400/1
Obviously the ones in the bottom half are the ones with massive potential each way value

I've updated the odds above and added a few interesting ones. Though at this rate I think Serena will be the only player left in the tournament by Saturday and there won't be a second week.
Genie looks a future top 10 player; perhaps even a slam winner at some stage in her career. Big shots, movement a lot better than Laura's, defence looks slightly better too. Kicked second serve can be pretty good at times.

She looked ordinary when I saw her over the last month but was inspired today, possibly after watching her BFF winning yesterday. I don't see her better than top 20 as she doesn't have the power to hit alot of winners but she can certainly defend and is solid mentally. Ana was shocking today though even more so than Kiri yesterday.

Absolute carnage! Beyond those odds I'm tempted by Makarova at 80/1 for an each way punt
Now if Serena somehow was beaten it really would get interesting, actually think Lisicki is my favourite after Serena but of course she is in the same quarter.
Laura last match on Court 2 tomorrow, scheduled for peak TV audience
Unfortunately rain forecast for 6pm today and then throughout Friday, so unless Laura's match is switched she will be disadvantaged throughout the tournament compared to almost every other player in the draw......assuming she eventually wins!!
Erakovic was impressive though somewhat lucky to take the first set as Shuai Peng had more than enough opportunities to break at 6-5. Both players got very tight in that particular game. Marina spent a lot of time running around her backhand.

Erakovic is playing well of late... I was hoping Peng would win as Laura could dictate play against her but it will be an interesting match with Erakovic.

Kerber will be in the same boat as she hasn't played yet either.

always find myself scratching my head when people go on about this, comon guys, its best of 3 sets, they are used to playing consecutive days throughout a tournament normally
