I'm impressed - Kudryavtsev looks to be trying to 'do a Busta' at the moment and the 12 games Ashley won against him are more than the Russian's other 4 opponents this week (who included the 1st & 3rd seeds) put together!

Kudryavtsev was a top 200 player before injury last July. His ranking well belies his ability. So all things told, a good effort from Ashley and another great week. Hard to believe that he only had a single ranking point a year ago..

Actually it isn't hard to believe. If you look at his physical stature today compared to a year ago there is massive difference and for a player who relies a lot on power that is of huge importance.
