RE: Week 25 - ATP 250 - Eastbourne, UK (grass)

Stakhovsky breajs to go *4-2 up

Tough for Luke to come back from here, but the way he has played today ANYTHING is possible.

Throwing racket, swearing, shouting , sulking , dragging himself around, sarcastic laughig, and I only saw half of the second set

Luke saves MP to hang on. Needs to break now though at 3-5*

Come on.

Not to be. Stakhovsky serves out the set and match 6-3 in the 3rd.

Massively impressive day for Luke though. Kudos to the young man, even if he doesn't get any points.

Great effort from Luke and I am sure he will take a lot from his performances today.

As for Liam, I can't say much more than when I seen him act like that at the Bath futures. Unless he grows up and starts acting vaguely like a professional sportsman then the really is no point worrying about anything else that is wrong with his game.

Very sad to hear of Mr Broady's unprofessional behaviour. Delighted to hear about Mr Bambridge's level of play; he seems from all accounts a really hard worker, and it's great that he's done so well against highly ranked players. Hope that he takes huge encouragement from that and presses forward well.

Really sad about Liam, what a brat he seems to have become too often. Get it sorted !

I think Liam believed his own publicity getting to the junior wImbledon ==doesnt always transfer to being a good player when older. He seems a nice guy seen him a couple of times. I think he needs to chill out big time == or is he going to go down the route of very good junior and do nothing in the main tour like David Brewer and Miles Kasiri

I'm really sorry to hear about Liam. Maybe if someone videos him behaving like a brat on court and shows him, he can see what is happening - maybe he doesn't realise how bad it is!

I would totally agree with RJA, it does seem the desire is 100% there, he just needs to be able to handle his frustration

Corrected. Apologies.

I very nearly made that error when I typed out the qualifying draw. I initially put (NED) due to his name sounding Dutch. Fortunately for me I remembered that he was actually French before I posted it.
