GB on a shirt, Davis Cup still gleaming, 79 years of hurt, never stopped us dreaming ... 29/11/2015 that dream came true!
I have seen a tweet suggesting that Dave Rice has a main draw wild card here, which makes perfect sense, but it is not that easy to guess the remaining wild cards here because it seems remarkable (given that there are 5 Brits in the Queen's main draw, 9 in Queen's qualies and 21 in qualies here) that no less than 9 of the GB top 25 remain unaccounted for, despite there being unfilled places in Queen's qualies!
If I had to guess, I would guess that they have gone to Milton & Smethurst (as the only 2 members of the GB top 10 still unaccounted for, assuming they are both fit) and to Richard Gabb (good recent form and won this week's British Tour event here), but that still leaves from among the top 25:
Slabba Marsalek, though I am pretty sure he is still recovering from injury Burn - virtually certain he has retired Willis - he didn't play Nottingham 1 either, of course Fitzy - not entered elsewhere, but he was entered for Futures initially (could that bar him from entering qualies here?) Farquharson - was doing really well but has not played since Turkey in week 20

I agree with your wild card predictions. As for the missing players
Slabba has been carrying an injury for much of the year.
Marsalek certainly was injured although I think he hopes to be back soon.
Fitzy original entry into a futures event bars him from entering here unless the tournament that he withdrew from give their consent.
Why Willis seems to have disappeared is a mystery to me.
..so there are not really a remarkable number of missing top 25ers. And there may be say injury niggles for Marcus and Tom who do seem unaccounted for ( neither has been in action this last week either ).
True, I managed to talk myself out of it being remarkable as I wrote that post! Yet it's still a bit odd that any Brit in the top 1000 or so who isn't injured and isn't playing elsewhere in the world isn't having a go at qualies for one or other of these events.
I assume the reason Fitzy withdrew from the Futures events even if it didn't mean he could play qualies here was to make sure he could enter the Wimbledon QWC playoffs towards the end of next week.

At first glance 15 year old Joe Woolley holding the Swiss Bossel 4-4 extremely impressive. Until you realise he hasn't won a single point on the Bossel serve in 4 games! Still, shows the importance of a decent serve.
