Soeda ended a 2-month losing streak with a 3-set win against a qualifier today.

Dave will definitely be back in the top 500 now and is threatening his career high. Josh will be in the top 800 for the first time and George almost certainly in the top 900 for the first time when their qualifying points are added.

Not to be for JWH as Young takes out the tie break 7-5. Sounds like a good performance though, particularly in the 2nd set. I guess that nerves may have had somthing to do with the 1st set.

And Brydan has lost the 1st set on the tie break as well.
