No, he gets a derisory 5 points for qualifying because it's an extended field - because of the extra round in the main draw, they treat qualifying as similar to reaching the FQR in a 250 with a 32-player main draw.
Still, never mind, he'll get an exceptionally 'generous' 10 points if he wins R1 ... and another *wait for it* 10 if he wins R2.

Jamie has points to defend here already so if my calculations are right he will drop into the 300 plus rankings unless he wins a main draw here and also in Eastbourne. Crazy system we have.
