Really good stuff from the Baker boy - qualifying without dropping a set

Does Jamie get 12pts for qualifying as it is an extended field?

No, he gets a derisory 5 points for qualifying because it's an extended field - because of the extra round in the main draw, they treat qualifying as similar to reaching the FQR in a 250 with a 32-player main draw.

Still, never mind, he'll get an exceptionally 'generous' 10 points if he wins R1 ... and another *wait for it* 10 if he wins R2.

Jamie has points to defend here already so if my calculations are right he will drop into the 300 plus rankings unless he wins a main draw here and also in Eastbourne. Crazy system we have.

Great stuff from Jaime. Coming into good form at the right time. Would be nice for him to win a MD match too.

Hoping for a couple of the guys to win MD matches actually

Kyle's interview.  25 seconds.  He had some "what" at the end of the clay court season ?

I know, I have to admit I laughed too. You'd think they could have edited it out to save his blushes!

Do you mean where he said "success" ? He did stumble over the word.

Not necessarily (said hopefully). But really sorry that he lost that set having started it so well. (Edit: This is a response to SC's post, not the comment on the tiebreaker, with which, alas, one must agree)
