L16: (Q) Alex Ward WR 410 lost to (9) Guido Andreozzi (ARG) WR 146 (= CH) by 6-2 7-6(6)

A pity, but it was always going to be tough for Alex to beat a top 150 player on a 6-match winning streak! He is still 7-2 on red clay this month, with 4 of those 7 wins against higher-ranked players - I remain suitably impressed

Yes, really does seem impressive - especially the break-back at 5-6 in the second set. Hope it can continue in Italy.
