They made a match of it in the end, but couldn't quite get over the finishing line!

SF:  (2) Antoine Benneteau & Dean O'Brien (FRA/RSA) WR 1283 defeated (4) Ashley Hewitt & George Morgan WR 1935 by 3-6 6-3 [10-3]

Smilansky beat the top seed in R1 and was a top 100 junior in 2011 at the age of 16.

Ashley has now won 8 singles matches in a row and 14 of his last 16, reaching the SFs at, now, 4 events in a row!

I think the semi final could be a close affair, but Ashley must just be favourite.
