Not a good start for Fitzy as he gets broken to love in the first game.

And then promptly breaks back to love in the next game. *1-1

Excellent start from Fitzy 4-1* and T-S has only won 2pts on serve.

More gremlins in the system as the scoreboard has got stuck again.

However, Fitzy is on fire right now. Having been broken to love in the first game, he has won 18 of the next 21 points to lead 4-1 and is 0-30 on the Weissboirn serve.

Great news for Fitzy and still two chances, in a quiet week, to extend the winning streak of GB men to five weeks. Big help to Fitzy's ranking and will get him to at least 550.

Next week looks a lot trickier....

As could be his semi:

SF:  (1) Mohamed Safwat (EGY) WR 326 vs (4) Andrew Fitzpatrick WR 600

He has at least justified his seeding.  smile

Squeaky culo time in the doubles. Liam and JWH were a set and 5-2 up but lost the 2nd set 7-5.

Fitzy's semi and the Doubles final have both started - badly. Broken in both matches in the first game.

Fitzy loses the first set 6-3

He fought hard to break back to *3-3 but then lost his serve from 40-15. That had to be a body blow.
