Voskoboeva next, who has 5 top 100 wins this year (To JK's 2), but lost to, we know now, a severely restricted Heather in 3 very tight sets in Memphis in February.

Great result for Jo. One down, two to go - both in terms of her qualifying and also in terms of QR1 for the Brits.

 I said early that all three would be underdogs to win one qualifying match, so JoKo's win is a great start. Any additional wins by any of the girls are a bonus.
