Brief video highlights :

Also if you listen closely you may hear someone shout 'Come on Ash' at one stage that was moi.

Wonder what Ash will spend his 10 grand on... no

Still pretty impressive that they sent someone out there though, much more coverage than usual GB tournaments even if the reporter doesn't quite understand the prize money distribution!

Impressive video though, it would be great if we could get more snippets like that in Futures finals, to give some (albeit minimal) insight into the match when we arent fortunate enough to get a written report.

Ashley seems calm and composed off court too in his interview so its no surprise he plays like that on court. He has next week off before continuing on the clay, this time in Bosnia. Keep the momentum going please!

Good article from Dicko of the Mail on prize money (or lack of it) at the lower levels following his detour to Newcastle Futures last week.

He's right that for the long-term health of the game, the slams & ATP need to think about trickling money down to Challengers and Futures instead of just down to slam R1 losers & similar.

Totally untennis related, but does Tomic's hitting partner (if you can imagine him without the bandages) look like Ruud van Nistelrooy ?
