I hope Ivanovic makes it through Scheepers tommorrow. I think that matchup would be fantastic for Laura

Wow!!! Well done Laura 6-3,6-1, brilliant by anone's standards against Aga.

I think that this is a great win, her highest ranked scalp yet if I'm not mistaken!!! but, she needs to be able to take on those lesser players, and keep her focus and play to close to this standard to make any real impact in the rankings.

She is the MOST frustrating player of ours IMHO - such great natural ability, but not able put it into practice often enough, and more often than not playing like someone who is ranked about 200 below herself.

I don't think I have ever seen her play so well!

Great serving, fast around court, good returns, no hiccups at the end. What can you say? Devastating!!

Yes, her first top 5 scalp ... and for the loss of just 4 games too!

Kudos to the forumites who pointed out why Aga might be vulnerable to a player like Laura on clay (I wouldn't have guessed that without any research!)

What a great performance from Laura - 6-3 6-1 against the world No. 4 it doesn't get much better than that!

Just shows how much confidence she has gained from one win on Saturday. I kept expecting Laura to go off the boil or for Aga to mix it up tactically to change things around but Laura just got more and more dominant as the match progressed. I think the conditions suit her with the high roof blocking out the wind but to hit so many winners on a clay court is amazing.

Also 27 UE from both Laura and Aga - no-one would have predicted that stat to finish level!
