Very impressive win - Kyle will leap into the top 500 at about 450 on Monday week, and I think he will be GB's top teenager in the ATP rankings tomorrow (level on points with Oli but has 8 slam points and has played less events)

Just wish Kyle had the chance to play these futures BEFORE having a go at the Challengers. I think we would have seen a much stronger showing. But his time will come.
Awesome win and awesome play all week. Not only did he not drop a set, he didnt even get pushed to a TB so was clearly a class above a field that I felt was littered with potential tough opponents!
Build on this for next week Kyle. He really is making progress from juniors to seniors look easy, isnt he!?

so did i, but i did notice that the original two futures penciled in were being played on hard! didnt really understand that part
Great to see from Kyle. The Spanish clay court tournaments he played earlier seem to have grooved his game and now he has earned real reward with an impressive week here. He likes picking up big points hauls in the USA !
Yes, will be interesting to see how he performs in the grass court season, such as he will have after a hopefully successful French Open Juniors campaign. A Wimblledon MDWC recommendation I think is now pretty inevitable
