Anyway, would be interesting to know how today's shocker came about.

Prior to the last two weeks, while Emily hasn't been doing as well as one would hope, a 4-2 record against players ranked 270-500 and a consistent 7-1 record against players outside the top 500 ( one can always have off days and I see that the one loss was to a former top 20 player ) was surely the record of someone playing at pretty well within top 500 level. Possibly indeed not far off her current ranking level, just I am sure she would want to be playing to a higher level.

Even last week's loss wasn't horrendous, but this week's does look just that with nothing to really suggest such a result was coming. I suspect some combination of fairly extreme circumstances, just wonder what.
