Week 18 - ATP 250 - Oeiras (Estoril), Portugal (red clay) - doubles

Dom trying to 'do a Kuala Lumpur' wink - and he has certainly not picked quite as tough an option as Alex in Munich qualies!

QR1: Dom Inglot WR 891 v (q7) Henri Laaksonen (SUI) WR 258

Edit:  changing the subject line to reflect the focus of Brit interest next week. wink

Dom now doing a "Jamie Murray" - & former doubles partners on opposite sides of the net!

R1:  Jonathan Erlich (ISR) & Dominic Inglot WR 92 vs Rohan Bopanna & Andy Ram (IND/ISR) WR 97

R1:  (WC) Frederico Gil & Pedro Sousa (POR/POR) WR 648 vs Jamie Murray & John Peers (AUS) WR 130

Both winnable - says she, keeping her fingers crossed smiley photo: Fingers Crossed smiley_goodluck_yellow.gif very firmly!

Bugger again!

R1:  Rohan Bopanna & Andy Ram (IND/ISR) WR 97 defeated Jonathan Erlich (ISR) & Dominic Inglot WR 92 by 5-3 retired

What rotten luck! cry  I naturally don't wish Erlich ill, but I sincerely hope it's not Dom who's injured.

And the second set goes the way of the first:

Wish I'd kept my big mouth shut now!  cry

With all due respect to him, that's a huge relief!  Rotten luck for Dom, though.  cry

Wow, Carreño-Busta just beat Fognini to reach the semis! If he continues like this it's only a matter of time before he shatters his previous CH.
It doesn't look like he's going to break the Futures win streak but only because he doesn't need to bother with playing them anymore!
Good to see someone rise through the rankings in such a manner, hopefully someone like Ed can try and replicate it.
