If memory serves, Busta, having started the year ranked in the 700s, actually beat Fognini and then lost in 3 sets to Wawrinka in his run to the semis in the Portuguese ATP 250 this year.
He really deserves to win - but I may be a bit biased of course
I thought they usually dropped the second bit, so he'd be Pablo Busta?

Busta playing qualies in Valencia this week. Amazed that a player ranked 66 has to play qualies for an ATP 500 but the last DA is Garcia Lopez ranked 64. He has started against Vilella Martinez (WR 992) and not surprisingly beaten him 6-1 6-0 and will most likely play Giraldo in the FQR
Have to say that I am really missing my tennis this week. Valencia is my most "local" tournament and I would love to be there. I doubt there is an indoor tournament anywhere in the world played in a more impressive building. I have the picture as the backdrop on my phone.

There is no doubt it is a stunning building and part of the Centre for Arts and Sciences. The main drawback is that the building only houses the one court. The remaining courts are on a mezanine in the Science museum and have very little in the way of visibility for spectators.
