I noticed a tweet exchange about this between two people on my timeline yesterday. The most relevant one seems to have since been deleted, but it suggested most of Harriet's shots were flying out of court, so probably just a very bad day made even worse by the frustration.

If it means she's quite an aggressive player, it may not be a bad sign.

Still an excellent win for Georgia though, and she has backed it up by winning two more matches today to make the Final.
