Croissy-Beaubourg is a small commune just east of Paris (close enough to be on an RER line), and this event has a pretty strong field, though nowhere near as strong as the 50K in Florida. Anna has drawn a former top 40 player in R1, who is now just a year younger than her career high ranking:

L32: Anne Keothavong WR 209 v (WC) Séverine Beltrame (FRA) WR 241 (CH 34 in 2007)

H2H 1-0 - Anne beat her in Indian Wells qualifying in 2008 despite Beltrame winning 3 games more than her, edging through 8-6 in the final set tiebreak.

Yes it is - Emily beat her 7-6(2) 6-4 at Wimbledon back in 2004.
