Ah, so Eva did tweet in the end - I'd noticed she was usually quite reliable (and fun) but last checked just before she tweeted by the looks of it! She had 3 set points in the 1st set, hence the bit at the end, which is a Dutch expression that can be translated quite a few ways - "b*ll*cks" probably the most accurate in this case!

"67 63 36 verloren van Whybourn. Eerste set drie set punten niet benut! Balen balen balen!"

Sorry for Eva, then, but very happy to see Lisa in the QFs! biggrin

Bah, pity re Naomi.

Good that Lisa got the win though will no doubt need to step up a fair level in the QF. Sounds not too unpromising, with recent form to me rather more important than ranking among comparatively closely ranked seeds.
