R1: Colin Fleming/Jonny Marray v Lukasz Kubot/Janko Tipsarevic (POL/SRB)

Playing tomorrow Thursday 21st March, time tbc

Can't find the draw published just yet to know who is seeded; information based on Flembo's tweet:-

Doubles draw is out here in Miami. Jonny Marray and myself are playing

Kubot/Tipsarevic first round tomorrow or Friday. #vamos

 

 Sorry, Daisy.  Couldn't resist editing to correct the spelling of Kubot's Christian name.  It was driving me to distraction every time I clapped eyes on it! w  Also added the country codes of the boys' opponents.

You missed this one, Daisy:

R1:  John Isner & Sam Querrey (USA/USA) WR 519 vs Treat Huey (PHI) & Dominic Inglot WR 68 w

Tough match for the reunited pair in spite of the apparent ranking disparity:  Isner's CH is 26 & Querrey's 23. c   That said, I still have hopes...   For the record, TCH rose to a CH this week of 27th, while Dom dropped a couple of places from 39th to 41st.

 So far, so good:  first set to Dom & TCH by 6-4.

Hadn't realised that was Dom's first win at a Masters, that's cool

I was rather hoping they might play (and beat) Treat's partner from last week, but unfortunately Au-HQ & JJR knocked them out!

It was his first match at Masters level. This is normally the only Masters where someone ranked 40 could make the cut with someone ranked not too high above, with it being a 32 draw and not having the same amount of singles players that enter Indian Wells.
