5 live Interview http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/tennis/21978801
Thanks for this link. The interview was really interesting. I was wondering whether the two were serious about playing together again, or just saying it for the press and to keep each other sweet.
I've been trying to find out more about Raymond, but the WTA site only gives her statistics history until 2006. Can anyone point me to somewhere I can get more up to date stats.

Not quite sure what you mean about the WTA site only having stats up to 2006, but her wikipedia page is up to date and probably contains all the info you're looking for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_Raymond

Interesting re Laura and doubles. Clearly singles is very much her top priority, but maybe some selective more doubles play won't go amiss.
She does seem very enthusiastic overall about getting back on the practice court afer defeats, even if initially pretty disappointed, and now with her doubles. Now got Charleston and then Poland before the Fed Cup.
She does seem in a generally much better place, and just wanting to play tennis and improve, compared to Heather. I do hope that Heather's break, however it finally came about, is good for her. I felt for her rather, just how she was sounding ( quite apart from the confusion ), after her simgles loss here.
I do hope Laura decides to play dubs only occasionally after this,i.e in the big tournaments, but the temptation to play more regularly will be huge, especially if Lisa asks her.
Short term, I think that would be a good thing - the learning benefits from practicing with/playing alongside lisa would outweigh the costs from tiredness, but long term I agree.

Thanks Steven. Much much better info than the old or new WTA sites. I was concerned that Lisa would put Sam's nose out of joint if they were a stable partnership, but it seems that Lisa does flit about abit anyway.
