And you haven't followed me for my witty one liners ?! Only kidding.

I'm looking to go back on Thursday, but that'll probably be it.

It would be nice to see Bloomer return to form, but comes up against a big serving Slovakian. Expecting 6 Brits in QF

Tavares is also a dangerous floater. He has been in the top 200 in the past and reached the final of a futures in Portugal last week, hence his SE here. That being said I doubt his game is ideally suited to indoor hard.

I doubt that Neil and Marcus were overly keen to hang around for a couple more days after they both lost in the singles.

Yes, Tavares is the guy Matt Short beat in Futures qualifying in Portugal two weeks ago then lost to in R1 last week. I was amazed to see he'd gone on to reach the Final when I checked why he got the SE place here.

Just realised that if Ed wins the title this week he will have earned a nice round 100 ranking points from the 8 British futures this year !
