Hadn't noted that Pouille was in this week's futures. He seems a very strong candidate -- though Coupland did well against him. Will be interesting to see how he comes through the draw.

The DOM situation (with the French overseas Départements) is fascinating. I seem to recall it being cheaper to call England from a DOM than it was to call a country thirty miles away ... because you were, technically, not only in France but also in the EU.

Broady takes the first set against Michon.

Smethurst took the first set but Marsalek a break up in the second set.

Bloomfield lost the first set on a tie break.
