1. OEM is Neil Harman (when he has posted on here, he has used the alias OldEchoMan - he started out on a local paper called the Echo)

2. I don't know - someone from the LTA, I think, who probably wasn't taken on to be a professional interviewer and I imagine it's only a tiny part of her job. She seems to be relatively new, interviewing must take some getting used to and I think this one was a bit better than the first ones I heard her do, so we should probably give her a chance.
