And Balazs beats the 8th seeded German 1 & 3 to reach the final. No 3 set battles this time.
Kyle's losses this year have pretty much only been to higher ranked players, and even then in competitive matches, so all the signs are good. He must be playing top 350 tennis, certainly above his current ranking, and a nice steady ranking rise to around 350 over the course of this year would be very encouraging indeed, to then launch himself onto the pro tour full time in 2014. Kyle was always lumped together with 4 of his mates.
Oli's been injured all this year, which is a shame, with a few of his direct junior contemporaries now stepping it up big time on the tour. George has started the year with a few encouraging signs, but hasnt broken through yet, still down in the 700-800 mark. Liam has started the year very poorly too, ranked similarly to George, but without any highlights so far in 2013. Luke never made it out of qualies on their January US tour, and hasnt yet had a juniors breakthrough either to mark him out as one to look out for. Come on boys, can some of you, or ideally ALL of you start giving Kyle some competition!!!!
