L32: Tara Moore WR 209 beat (WC) Victoria Rodríguez (MEX) WR 686 by 6-3 7-6(3)

Tara was an early break down in both sets and Rodríguez seems to have put up quite a fight throughout, winning 4 games in a row at one point.

Savchuk hit a career high of 79 in 2008, the year when they played their only previous match on the Gold Coast in Australia - Savchuk won in 3 from a set down.

And if it couldn't get any worse it just did, was always going to be a tough tournament for Tara, but hopefully it is just a minor issue and she can get back on that winning streak soon.
