You'd think you couldn't be much luckier after losing to an unranked player than getting a lucky loser place against a lower-ranked qualifier ... but, er ...

To be fair, Veselinovic was clearer much better than the average unranked player and 17-year-old Civera Lima was WR 828 as recently as last October, beat a top 600 player late last year and took 8 games off a top 300 player less than a year ago, so she's probably not quite what her current ranking would suggest either!
