mmm yes, disappointing. looked like pretty canny scheduling for once, a block of girls all at one event with a decent chance of group successes - much in the way that I see the Canadian fed cup team have all stayed in s. america for the Cali $125k challenger this week - taking advantage of circumstances.
But, despite the efficient qualifying only 1 brit won a set. and a brit had to win that match.
Hope Anna can provide a silver lining tomorrow
