Sleep didn't come

Second set much higher quality - Alves the best player by a distance hitting some great lobs and volleys

Sam served for it at 5-2, but lost on the deuce point in a tentative rally with mallory

Had MP's at 5-3* 40-30* but Mallory hit two great clutch winners - Pegula has done almost nothing all match.

In a rush we're back to 5-5 - Mallory has come right in to form.

5 straight games against Sam means burdette/Pegula take the second set having saved those MP's
7-6(6) 5-7

the guy in the QF was even more partisan, he virtually called Alves' lobs cheatiing

Sam & M-F win easily 6-3 6-1
Well done! even in doubles, a final in a 100K is not to be sniffed at.
