Given that Lisa got annihilated by Coin (who dropped just 1 game) just over a year ago, this is quite an improvement even if she doesn't survive the 2nd set. A very good week for her already, while Tara will doubtless be disappointed to go out in the QFs here, even if not too disappointed with her start to the year.

It seems the wind may explain why Tara's scoreline was quite so dire too:

The match started a 10 local time, so I presume she will have done a warm up and practice session in the gales for a good 45 mins to a hour beforehand to acclimatise to the conditions. Probably at about 8am would be the norm for a 10am kick-off. That would be an early start after shower, breakfast, transfer from hotel, etc........
