For anyone wantingto use the old Livescoreboard it seems to be working for the ATP but not for Hobart.

To me, Laura seems to be trying to hit the cover off everything. Not sure that's the best tactic in this wind

Tough game for Laura to hold for 3-4.
Now she has 2 breakback points at *15-40, make that 1 bp and Stephens back to deuce.

Laura had several chances to break there but Sloane held on to go 5-3 up.

Close first set, but that first game cost Laura in the end.

Both players can play better than they are at the moment, Laura hitting slightly more winners but making the worse errors.

I'm finding this match a bit frustrating. Laura seems slightly lacklustre but it's probably just the heat- the commentator said is was about 51 degrees on court!

Love hold from Laura to start the 2nd set. I think she started playing better at the end of the first set.
The wind is pickup up apparently and could cause problems for those unused to the conditions.

Laura making quite a few errors on slower shots from Stephens which might be an indication that the wind is a factor, either way she is making too many from dominant positions in the points
