Looks like Myneni went to college in the US and then worked in banking for a bit before resuming his tennis career http://www.rolltide.com/sports/m-tennis/mtt/myneni_saketh00.html - he didn't play on the ITF pro circuit at all between June 2005 and November 2011, when he won his first Futures tournament back, beating James Marsalek in the Final. He went on to win three more Futures in 2012 (including two in a row in Chennai) and ended the year reaching the Final in Pune Fut, again taking out Marzi on the way.
