Just been looking at the main draw here, 29 Indians out of 32! With the girl Natasha beat in qualifying, only 4 non-Indians played the tournament as a whole.

That was also Natasha's first pro win after going 0-11 in singles and 0-2 in doubles before this.

Natasha won just 10 (out of 36) points in the 1st set, Mukehrjee winning it 6-1.

Natasha won one point more (i.e. 11) in the 2nd set than in the 1st set, but sadly one game less:

Mmm, yes, some very under strength $10K's this week and next.
Laura Deigman has a great chance for a point, or more, next week in Potchefstroom, where she may even be seeded.
