truely stunning from kyle !! thats now 11 wins out of 12! and 22 sets out of 25 sets! looking at the scores his this week he is tearing this field apart, and has had no favours with the draw, doing it all the hard way!

OK. A question for the Stats hounds.

Given that Kyle is going to be ranked around the 560's after today's win (and up to about 540 if he wins tomorrow) are there any other 17 year olds ranked above him ?

Just curious.

He is the top ranked 1995.

This shows the current top 100 players aged 21 and younger  :  http://live-tennis.eu/rankings_under_21

The 100th player is currently on 51 points and there are no 17 year olds on the list and indeed only four 18 year olds.

Kyle has moved to 47 points by reaching the final here, and would go to 55 points, and no doubt on to that list, if he won the final and once his points were added in.
