Easy, er, peasy... Well, they're through to the semi-final anyway!
QF: Paul Hanley (AUS) & Jonny Marray defeated (WC) Josselin Ouanna & Nicolas Renavand (FRA/FRA) by 7-6(6)7-6(5)
*****
And someone finally got the better of "the bloody Poles":
SF: Paul Hanley (AUS) & Jonny Marray vs (5) Mahesh Bhupathi & Rohan Bopanna (IND/IND)
Bloody hell, the bloody Poles are out of the WTF, well if everyone is fit, in which case the final place has been determined by a MTB between them and Bhupathi & Bopanna ( Qureshi & Rojer have reached the other SF ).
"Thankfully, Marray will not be short of cash when he sends his Wimbledon trophy for repair. "My sister asked if she could take it to a fund-raiser this summer," he said. "Someone ended up dropping it and there was a little bit of a scratch and a dent on it, which I wasn't too happy about. It's only a little scratch. It will survive. It's still in one piece anyway."

Oops!
Nice article. Thanks for posting the link, David. I'd've done the same with The Sunday Times interview last weekend, as that went into more detail about his dilemma viv-ą-vis a full-time partner for next year (Wimbledon doubles champion requires regular partner for next year. Only players with a creditable world ranking need apply. Numerous wild-card entries seem likely. All offers considered./Internet dating doesn't appeal to Jonny Marray, but when it comes to finding a partner for next year, the player who became Britain's first Wimbledon men's doubles champion in 76 years and has qualified for next week's ATP World Tour Finals in London, isn't afraid to utilise the web. Almost four months have elapsed since the 31-year-old from Sheffield elicited a rewrite of the British tennis record books by partnering Denmark's Fredrik Nielsen to the Wimbledon title that still, on occasion, leaves both men in a state of disbelief...), but I assumed it would be hidden behind the paywall. He always comes across as a really nice bloke: modest, unassuming, feet firmly on the ground & thoroughly deserving of the modicum of success he's enjoyed this year since winning the Wimbledon title. I sincerely hope he succeeds in his Internet quest. Jamie Murray's name crops up later in the ST piece, but I reiterate what I said on the previous page: I wonder whether he's been checking on Paul Hanley's availability this week. I believe he's now based in Sutton, Surrey.
