Good stuff again from Samantha. Maximising the rewards whilst her confidence is up.
Oudin struggled against Elie in the previous round, so who knows what might happen?
It would be a career best win for Murray by ~80 places, but for some strange irrational reason, I do think she's going to win tomorrow.
I just get a feeling. (I figure I look like a genius if it happens, but just overly carried away with a few good recent results if the match goes to form)

Saw her for the first time last friday in Glasgow. From what I saw, her biggest weopon seems to be er backhand, which is powerful and very accurate. Against Vogt, it got to the point where Vogt was intentionally hitting at her forehand to avoid being passed.

Just from watching the scores, she seems to start matches very well?

Agree that her double handed backhand is her biggest weapon and she has the ability to hit it down the line which can cause her opponents additional difficulty.

Great to see her build on last week.

Had a look at her playing activity for this year and she had a lot of tough draws in the middle of the season when she was playing well, lost those matches and maybe her confidence dipped. So basically her form has still been progressive this year but for a bad streak of draws. This current form though reminds me of how Anna Smith made a sudden spurt a couple of years back before injury struck her.

Terrible service game with only 4 first serves out of 12, winning all 4 points but just 1 on 2nd. Twice had game point. SM has had gp or bp in 5 of the games she's lost.

Fell away badly from *2-1 40-30 winning just 5 of the last 22 points. Never recovered from the poor serving in that 4th game.
