Sam just playing her doubles match later today. Singles not until tomorrow it seems. Maybe just enough time to have coped with the worst of the jet lag, but it can't be easy.

L32: Samantha Murray WR 374 beat (8) Marie-Eve Pelletier (CAN) WR 200 (CH 106 in 2005) by 3 & 4 biggrin

That win will see Samantha move up to GB no. 8 ahead of Lisa next Monday ... and more to the point, almost certainly into the top 300! It also means she should finish 2012 in the top 350 for the first time when all the Nov/Dec points come off even if she doesn't win another match. (though in WTA end of year terms, i.e. post-Sofia, she'll be top 300 of course!)

L16: Samantha Murray WR 371 v Michaela Honcova (SVK) WR 296 (= CH)

Honcova has reached two 25K Finals this year.

Just checked, and she lost her doubles match last night, but it was close (ish) it seems.
