Not a great draw as first sight (Feuerstein beat Jo in 3 sets in Glasgow last year) but there are 10 top 100 players in the main draw, so it could have been a lot worse!

Pretty good draw for Johanna for a $100K. In their previous meeting, Johanna was 281, Claire 191 [4], so hopefully it doesn't have too much bearing on this meeting.

As Steven mentioned, this draw is pretty stacked lowest ranked non Q/WC is 161 - there have been WTA events this year with less deep fields.
I think Johanna is in the best quarter though.

Jo lost to Burnett twice in juniors but won their most recent meeting 4 & 3 (in R1 when the Italian was the no. 3 seed) on her way to the Rancho Mirage 25K title.

Yes, 18 points for a 100K R1 win will take Jo to 441 points, within a couple more wins here of Anne's net total for the year of 468 points ( taking off her 110 points this week, which she hasn't defended at all, and 90 points for next week ).

So, it should be possible to watch the match in full. However, there is no commentary or even any on screen graphical indication of the scores. Personally, trying to synch the live action to the 'live' scores has been 'fun' so far this week.
