Knittel did indeed take the 1st set 6-2. The 2nd set has gone with serve throughout though and Bloomers leads 6-5*

 ....and not before time. It's a mystery to me why he has fared so badly in the last 2 years - but I haven't seen him play since juniors to work out why.
