I wouldn't despair if she doesn't though. As she said herself at the US Open the big thing is she's been much fitter for longer than she has known in the past and that should certianly help her here.

It had no ruddy inevitability about it at all ( excuse my language ). You yourself had her being "killed" in the first set when it came back to 5 all, but she still won that set and the second set looks to have been very competitive. As I've already indicated I'd far from rule her out now with her improved fitness, though I would make Peng favourite.
