Carpenter is a set up. Fitzy has an early break. The two remaining singles matches are just starting. That's it from me. Got to get out of London before rush hour

Today was the first time I have every seen Jonny O'Mara play and I have to say I was really impressed. This kid has clearly got a lot of talent and his forehand already looks like a big weapon. Equally importantly he looks a like a player with real confidence in his own ability, he wasn't scared to go for his shots on the big points and has that touch of arrogance that all good players have. His only trouble today was that his serve really let him down and put a huge amount of pressure on the rest of his game which for the most part was excellent but couldn't quite pull him through against an admittedly below par George Morgan. The 9th games in the second and third and sets both saw Morgan get the decisive breaks to lead *5-4 and both games were epic struggles. They both had at least 6 dueces and Jonny fended off several break points in each before finally succumbing. As I already said, poor serving and a bit of inexperience cost him but he really should take an awful lot from this match.

And today's winner of the "never give up award" goes to Adam Thornton-Brown. James Ireland was serving for what would have been a comfortable straight sets win and reached 40-0. Thornton-Brown (only in as a Lucky Loser) was struggling terribly with his game but reeled off 5 points in a row and then completely turned things round to take the match.

That result for Josh is concerning - given the nature of the collapse wonder if there was an injury?

Either way not going to fund much of St Remy!
