A really tough draw for James - Checa Calvo is on a 10-match winning streak and has won 3 of his last 4 Futures. However, his lone loss in his last 16 matches was a R1 loss, and to a player ranked around 1300, so perhaps if you catch him cold ...

Ironic last name. "Checo" means Czech and "Calvo" means bald, and this guy seems to be neither.
It's worse than that: the paternal surname (therefore the one usually used in practice) is actually ChecA, as per Steven's post, which means Czech woman, while Calvo, the maternal surname (therefore the one normally dropped, except in legal & other formal matters) as a noun (grammatically, it won't work as an adjective, because of the absence of agreement) means bald man. Make of that what you will...
James may have lost but he is one of just two players to have taken a set off Checa-Calvo in the Spaniard's 11=match winning streak. The other was last week's losing finalist.

Pérez Sanz is an up and coming 18-year-old, so might well be better than his ranking, whereas Josh seems to be playing at a level well below his ranking.
