Donati is 17 and world junior no. 32 with a high of 29 to Kyle's JWR 29 with a high of 8. They have not met in junior ITFs though.

Kyle has a good chance to make the SF here. The other seed in his section lost in round one so Kyle is now the highest ranked player in his quarter of the draw.

The doubles has not been as kind

Looks like bet365 switched to live scoring the court the Brits were on after the singles matches on the main court finished, so they missed Luke's match but Kyle has just lost a 1st set full of close games to Donati 6-4.

At Kyle's age this kind of thing happens. All in all he is making good progress.
