L32: (4) Alex Ward WR 401 lost to (SE) Jeroen Vanneste (BEL) WR 1545 by 4 & 0 bleh

At first sight, a pretty dire loss (and perhaps it was), but Vanneste is a top 30 junior who reached the semis in Koksijde last week, which is why he got into this draw as a special exempt.

Not sure if had surgery but he has been out injured for nearly 2 months.
