Either way they'll be favourites.

Unfortunately, going to be about 02:30 or later Saturday morning UK time. In compensation, it will be streamed for those hardy enough, and with a strong enough supply of coffee.

Dekmeijere is an exclusive doubles specialist, ranked 73 for doubles - $43k YTD from her doubles is a decent return from someone ranked 878 in singles; it's about the same as Johanna Konta has made from singles.

First Set, Falconi to serve first.

DF to start! Heather rips a return winner to ooh's! from the crowd for 30-30, then a BP right away for Heatina. A 2nd DF secures the break.

Marina to serve. Heather doesn't touch the ball in the game, as Erakovic and Falconi baseline rally in 5 consecutive points, and a strong serve closes it out.

Dekmeijere to serve. A DF contributes to another easy break for Heatina, to 15. A bit sloppy from their opponents so far, but who's complaining?

Heather to serve. Heather DF (very long on the 2nd serve), and then a routine FH nto the net, gives 3 BP's to Falconi, *15-40. Heather rallying cross court with Falconi. Marina intercepts to break it up, but a Heather UE FH long. 1 break back for the Latvian/America duo.

Nice classic BH cutoff by Liga wraps an easy hold.

Back to back DF from Marina (not aided by a late overrule) and Heatina have suddenly gone very cold, but they fight off a scrappy BP to hold.

Heather rifles a volley right at Dekmeijere for a winner. Not much doubles instincts on show at the moment. Lot of baseline rallying.

Heather not playing especially well, quite a lot of UE in rallies, particularly on the BH cross-court. Nevertheless, a hold to 15.

Falconi intercept volley long, 30-0*. Fluffed overhead by Liga and it's 4 Set Points for Heatina. Marina misses an easy put away long on the first. Simple error sess the second go. DF hands it over.

Not the most edifying set of tennis by any of the players, but Heatina at least get the score.

Marina to serve. Best play so far by Heather, to open the second set, with a reflex volley down the middle, contributes to a love hold.

Liga to serve first. Excellent solo point by Heather, with a wonderful return on the stretch, and moving in very quickly to the net to kill the point. Then it's Marina's turn, with 2 excellent half-volley pick ups off her toes in a row to earn the break.

Heather to serve. Routine hold, solid play.

Luke Jensen on commentary has started talking BBQ and Brisket - he seems to think it's done!

Irina to serve. Marina with a bullet return right into Liga's body, 30-15*. And then a nice intercept by the Kiwi to set up 3 BP's, 40-15*. Unfortunately it's a DF that again hands the game over.

Heatina in a hurry now! Their opponents seem a bit beaten.

One nice net kill by Heather, in a very easy hold to 15 for Heatina - they only lost that one point because of a poor overhead error. Looking good to maintain the unbeaten record, and a nice boost going in to the USO.

4 championship points... a squeal from Heather, but only because her footwork deserts her and she nets on the first CP. No mistake on the second, it's another DF.
